Returns and refunds

“At Buddy’s Paws & Claws” (At Buddy’s) wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchased item. If for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns for the full refund on a cost of the item under the following terms and conditions:
TERM
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
ITEM CONDITION
The item to be returned is in its original condition or may be “open box” but must be not damaged, complete, and all original packaging intact.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at buddys.friends2024@gmail.com with your order number and pictures of:
- damaged product;
- the shipping box;
- clear picture of the label with address and recipient's name;
- the open box with all the packaging.
Please be aware, these type of complains (damage at arrival) won't be accepted after 7 days after delivery. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
FORM OF PAYMENT
After the store gets the item back and the conditions above are met, refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow up to 2 business days for your refund to be issued once your return is received.
SHIPPING COST
The original shipping cost is not refundable. You are also responsible for the shipping cost of the return.
EXCLUDED ITEMS
All items with the exception of the following are eligible for the return:
- Clearance
To initiate the return, please contact the store, specify your original purchase # and the reason for the return. At Buddy’s team will provide you with the returning address.
