At Buddy’s Paws & Claws, we are dedicated to process and ship your order fast so you and your beloved companion can enjoy our items as soon as possible.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 24 hours to process your order with $0 processing fee. Expect an email within 1 business day to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are shipped within 1 business day using USPS Ground Advantage Services, with general expected delivery between 2 and 7 business days (depending on the distance from our store). All items are shipped from Michigan, 48316. Shipping Rate depends on:

  • Your state - how far it is from our store
  • The weight of the entire order
  • Orders with $100 and above are shipped for FREE

  • States: CT, DE, Washington DC, IL, IN, IA, KY, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, VT, VA, WV, WI
    • For the order under 1 lb - the flat rate is $5.50.
    • For the order between 1 and under 3 lbs - the flat shipping rate is $8.50.
    • For the order between 3 and under 5 lbs - the flat shipping rate is $12.50.
    • For larger and heavier orders (>=5 lbs) - the flat shipping rate is $18.50.
  • States: AL, AR, CO, FL, GA, KS, LA, MS, MT, NE, NC, ND, OK, SC, SD, TN, WY
    • For the order under 1 lb - the flat rate is $7.50.
    • For the order between 1 and under 3 lbs - the flat shipping rate is $10.50.
    • For the order between 3 and under 5 lbs - the flat shipping rate is $15.50.
    • For larger and heavier orders (>=5 lbs) - the flat shipping rate is $20.50.
  • States: AZ, CA, ID, NV, NM, OR, TX, UT, WA
    • For the order under 1 lb - the flat rate is $9.50.
    • For the order between 1 and under 3 lbs - the flat shipping rate is $12.50.
    • For the order between 3 and under 5 lbs - the flat shipping rate is $18.50.
    • For larger and heavier orders (>=5 lbs) - the flat shipping rate is $22.50.

    These shipping fees apply to orders within the USA only. We do not ship to AK, HI and outside of the United States at this time.

    REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

    We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is in its original condition, or may be “open box” but must be not damaged, complete, and all original packaging intact. We will refund the full order amount excluding the shipping costs.     Prolly one of the best stores you can get for bowls (for now bowls) and i'm impressed by the amount of effort my mom does for this buisness and website. It's crazy the fact that every order in this site is fufilled with care and love. And also the fact that the bowls can come in different sizes and (LOADS of) styles is amazing how she can get all of these bowls in a small business. Would 100% reccomend you to shop in this amazing website. And my lil doggo buddy is the mascot, oh nah he's a star! :-)
